Pinot Pick: AVERAEN Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, 2015
This new Averaen Pinot comes from the team at Banshee Wines and former Banshee winemaker Adam Smith who has since become an established (if still up-and-coming) player in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This is a value-priced blend of different Willamette sub-AVAs that is a great introduction to the potential of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
