A 14% alcohol blend of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and 6% Petite Verdot fermented using pump-over in 60% concrete and 40% wooden Tanks with malo-lactic in tank with the pomace after the post fermentation maceration. Aged 16 months in all French oak barrels (50% new). Deep purple in color with well formed legs; dry, medium full-bodied with balanced acidity and medium-chewy phenolics. Dense. dark. juicy black & red fruit (blackberry black currant black cherry and red cherry) with dusty-gravelly earth,spicy dusty oak, and accents of black pepper, tobacco, cigar box, pencil shavings, subtle spice.
